I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all the diligence and hard work you provided to sell my Mother's home on October 25th, 2007. It was a difficult process given the current housing market, both nationally and in Florida. Our family so appreciates all you did to see this sale come to completion.
You were a pleasure to deal with and we never felt pressured by you to accept an offer we were not comfortable with. You kept us apprised all along the way as to the prospects, or lack thereof!!! In addition, you were invaluable in helping us utilize various professionals we needed to make necessary repairs or to get quotes for work that needed to be done. You also met various workmen at my Mother's previously purchased condominium so it could be moved into later this month. In short, you were both a friend and a superb professional in every way.
